BAKING OVENS ON CHAMOTTE CLAY

Professional baking results on clay, prepared by own receppees – pure and full of flavour – taste absolutely without equal. Baking process by an old tradition, but very much convenient.

The ovens are suitable for all kinds of baking products – even meat and vegetables can be perfectly prepared.

On 1, 2 or 3 baking surfaces, you can bake off 2, 4, 6 or 12 breads in the same time.

The temperature can be regulated up to 300°C with its thermoregulator with control lamp.

All machines are fitted with 1 or 2 steam keys.
The ovens are made entirely in stainless steel, guaranteeing a long lasting use. The electrical resistances of 600 or 800 Watt are 2 and 3 metres long and don’t glow. A very low electrical consumption is guaranteed, also by the high quality thermo insulation.

Every oven is delivered with manual and receppees.
